1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website (bilin.net) and purchases from Moss & Loop, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China (“we”, “us”). We sell to customers worldwide. 2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your country, state or province to order. You are responsible for keeping your account login secure.

3. Products

Our kits contain craft materials and tools. Colours may vary slightly from photos due to screens and dye lots. Kits contain small parts and sharp tools (needles, hooks) and are intended for adults and supervised older children, not for children under 3. Tutorial videos and PDFs included with a kit are for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), and in euros (EUR) for visitors in the European Union. Canadian orders are charged in US dollars. The amount and currency shown at checkout are what you pay. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe or PayPal. An order is accepted when we ship it; we may decline or cancel orders (for example suspected fraud or stock issues) with a full refund.

5. Shipping, duties and taxes

United States — Duties Paid (DDP): prices for US orders include import duties. No duty charges are expected on delivery. Sales tax is applied at checkout where required.

Canada — Duties Unpaid (DDU): prices for Canadian orders do not include Canadian import duties, GST/HST/PST, or carrier handling/brokerage fees. Canada Post or the carrier may collect these from you on delivery. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned, we will refund the item price less the original shipping cost and any return charges.

All other countries — Duties Unpaid (DDU): prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, customs charges, VAT/GST or other taxes, or carrier handling/brokerage fees in the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned, we will refund the item price less the original shipping cost and any return charges.

Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel shows as lost or arrives damaged, contact us within the period stated on our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws in your country, state or province.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, patterns, photos, videos and tutorials are owned by or licensed to Moss & Loop. You may make and keep, gift or sell items you make from our kits, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute our patterns, tutorials or videos.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you post reviews or photos of your finished makes, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on our site and social channels with credit. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to your purchase, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
