Taxes and duties
US: import duties are included in our prices — no duty charges expected on delivery. Duties are included in our US prices. Canada: prices do not include Canadian import taxes. For orders valued over C$20, GST/HST and any applicable duties are paid by the recipient on delivery, and the carrier may also charge a handling fee.
Returns
Return window: 14 days from delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details: Returns & Damage Policy.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund — no need to send the item back. Not received? Contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and no later than 90 days after shipment. See our Returns & Damage Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
