I have never crocheted. Is this for me?

Yes. Our beginner kits come with an English PDF pattern and a step-by-step video tutorial [TBC 待核实].

What is included in each kit?

Each product page lists its contents. Some quantities are still being confirmed and are marked as such.

Which countries do you ship to?

The United States and Canada. UK shipping is coming soon.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated 7–15 business days [TBC 待核实]. See Shipping & Returns.

Is shipping free?

US: free shipping on orders over US$65; otherwise a US$7.99 flat rate. Canada: free shipping on orders over C$80; otherwise a C$8.99 flat rate.

What is the last order date for Christmas?

Order by 1 December, 23:59 ET (US Eastern Time) to aim for delivery before Christmas.

Will I pay import fees?

US: import duties are included in our prices — no duty charges expected on delivery. Canada: prices do not include Canadian import taxes. For orders valued over C$20, GST/HST and any applicable duties are paid by the recipient on delivery, and the carrier may also charge a handling fee.

Are the kits suitable for children?

Our kits are adult craft kits, 14+. They are not toys.

Can I return a kit?

Yes. You can return kits that are unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged, missing or wrong items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund — no need to send the item back. Not received? Contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and no later than 90 days after shipment. See our Returns & Damage Policy.
